ST 30 SE BROADWINDSOR CUCKOO LANE

3/31 Southcombe Farmhouse

GV II

Detached farmhouse. C17 with C18 refashioning. Cob core to walls,
brick clad, with dentil cornice. Roman-tile roof. Stone-coped
gables. 2 brick stacks, one at each gable, left hand one rendered.
2 storeys. 4 windows, 3-light wooden casements with glazing-bars.
2 storey bay-window at left hand end. Sashes. Projecting eaves and a flat
roof. Some crown glass above. Interior: large open fireplace with
lintel over. Round-headed staircase landing window.
