Row of 3 shops, originally with accommodation over. Early C19.
Brick with stone-flagged roof. 3-storeyed, 7-window range.
Inserted shop fronts to ground floor, 12-pane sash windows
(some now renewed) alternating with blind windows above. All
have stone painted voussoir heads. Moulded stone string course
and parapet. End wall and axial stacks. Gable return to Roe
Street has wide (36-pane) window to centre of attic storey and
blind painted window to first floor. Lower wing to rear.
