Town house in row. c1830. Flemish bond red brick; coursed rubble
limestone to sides and rear; brick chimneys; patent diagonal
sheet roof. Two-storey with attic. Front: 3-window fenestration.
Single-storey bows with 12-pane and two flanking 8-pane sashes to
ground floor, either side of doorway with moulded timber architrave
and fielded 6-panel door. Three 16-pane sashes with gauged brick
flat arches to upper floor. Brick modillion cornice below plain
parapet. Gabled roof dormer with C19 casements. Tall ridge-
mounted chimney at each end of roof. Rear not accessible for
inspection. Interior not inspected.
