Three attached houses. C18; C20 alterations. Roughcast render to
No 8; painted random rubble to No 10 and 12; brick chimneys;
replacement tile roofs. No 8 faces road and is 2-storey with
attic. Nos 10 and 12 also 2-storey are rear wing to No 8 and form
L-plan. Front: 3-window casement fenestration, mostly C19.
Central doorway with glazed door. Single C20 gabled roof dormer.
North side: roughcast gable end of No 8 to left with off-centre
single window casement fenestration. Scattered fenestration to Nos
10 and 12 being mixture of C19 and C20 casements, C19 having timber
lintels. Doorways grouped together having timber lintels; C20
doors. Two gabled roof dormers. Scattered casements in rear
angle. Missing roughcast from No 8 reveals marlstone rubble.
Forms part of group with Nos 14 and 16 (q.v.).
