Two houses in row. Late C17; refronted and altered circa 1830. Random or coursed rubble limestone with roughcast facing on front elevation; brick and limestone ashlar chimneys; plain tile roof. Three storey; two storey rear wing to No. 29, gabled wing to rear of No. 31.

Front: four-window fenestration, sixteen-pane sashes to ground floor, twelve-pane to middle floor, nine-pane to upper floor. Doorways grouped together each with six-panel door. Ridge-mounted chimneys, one at north end in stone with moulded cap.

Rear: sashes to No. 29 and partially brick-built oven house wing. C20 casements to gables of No 31.

Interior of No 29 has ogee moulded beams and large fireplace. Large bread oven in wing.
