GV II

House. c1830. Brown brick with red brick dressings. Roof of
black glazed pantiles. 2 storeys in 3 bays. Vertically
panelled central door under rectangular overlight. Timber
doorcase with guttae to hood. Windows are late C19 plate glass
sashes under gauged skewback arches. Gabled roof with a north
internal gable-end stack and a ridge stack left of centre. A
single additional bay to south is entered through a vertically
panelled door. Sash window as before.
