Farmhouse, and attached barn. Late C17, with early C19 rear addition and barn, later alterations. Limestone rubble with stone dressings and quoins, ashlar rear addition, slate roof with raised coped verges and kneelers, stone ridge. Former through passage plan. 2 storeys and 3 windows, ground floor has one 3-light and two 2-light casements, all 2-light casements at first floor, all with stone ovolo mullions and surround and hood moulds, all C19 and C20 glazing, 2nd bay from left has C19 4-panelled and glass door with timber lintel. Barn to right has plank door with strap hinges and segmental stone head, loading door above to left has segmental stone head. Left return has similar 3-light casement at ground floor and 2-light at first floor; right return to barn has ventilation slit at ground floor and large C19 window of 2 lights, each 3 panes, with stone segmental head. Rear of house has early C19 addition in rubble, 2 windows and door, all C20 in ashlar surround with keystone to door, former stone segmental head partly remaining to door; to right, later C19 addition in ashlar, canted bay with cornice, parapet and coping and three C20 windows, one small C20 window at first floor, gable and coping above. Rear of barn has stable door with strap hinges and stone segmental head; 2-storey addition with 2 doors and 2-light casement with timber lintel at first floor, loading door to left, all in ashlar surround. Interior: front left room has chamfered beam with large step and run-out stops, formerly stair to rear of room with plank and batten door with L-shaped hinges, all windows ovolo moulded inside. Barn has 4-bay roof with principal rafters, collar, 2 rows of purlins and ridge purlin.
