Late C18 (early C18 origin). Formerly 2 dwellings and cottage. Hammer dressed
stone. Coursed rubble. Quoins. Pitched stone slate roof. Stone brackets to
north east end. 2 storeys. South East elevation: Ground floor; Doorway with
stone surrounds and tie-stones and deep lintel. Doorway (part blocked) with stone
surround and tie-stones. Two 4-light stone mullioned windows (each with 2 mullions
removed). One 3-light stone mullioned window (one mullion removed). First floor;
One 8-light stone mullioned window. One 5-light stone mullioned window. North
West elevation: Ground floor; Back to earth. Lean-to extension. First floor;
One 3-light stone mullioned window (double chamfered). One 4-light stone mullioned
window (double chamfered) (mullions removed and blocked). South West gable: First
floor; Two 2-light stone mullioned windows. North East gable: Stepped water
tabling over roof of adjoining cottage. Adjoining cottage: Some rebuilding: South
East elevation: Ground floor; Entrance with stone surround. Enlarged window open-
ing. First floor; Enlarged window with 3 stone mullions. Small lean-to extension
to north east.
