Mid C19. Weaver's house. Hammer dressed stone (part rendered). Pitched stone slate roof. Coped gables. 3 storeys. South elevation: Ground floor; Central doorway with stone surrounds and tie-stones. Two 3-light stone mullioned windows. First floor; Two 4-light stone mullioned windows. Second floor; Two 3-light stone mullioned windows. East gable: Rendered, single storey extension to east of later date. West elevation: Ground floor; Single light window. First floor; One former 3-light stone mullioned window (one light blocked). Second floor; Two 2-light stone mullioned windows. North elevation: Ground floor; Small central doorway. Single storey lean-to extension. First floor; Central loading door (part blocked to form window). Small modern single light. Second floor: Two 3-light stone mullioned windows.
