attic dormers) 3 windows, sashes with late C19 glazing. Labels above ground
floor windows. Centre door with cornice and pilasters. Adjoins Eagle House (qv).

Hawthorn House and Eagle House with its garden wall, form a group with the Lymington
Community Centre Common Street.
