spaced. 1 large dormer. Sashes and casements with glazing bars. Rear facade
has stuccoed ground floor and is tile hung above. Adjoins Hawthorn House (qv).

Hawthorn House and Eagle House with its garden wall, form a group with the Lymington
Community Centre Common Street.
