Large house, semi-detached. Early/mid C18. 2-colour brick, Cotswold
stone slate roof, moulded stone cornice, brick parapet, brick end
stacks. Double range and additional rear wing to left, 2 storeys,
with attic in end gable. 5 windows, 12-pane sashes with segmental
heads under curved brick voussoirs and moulded wood architraves.
Ground floor has 4 similar and central doorcase up 6 stone steps,
with door of 6 fielded panels, side pilasters, open pediment on
consoles, and radial fanlight. Plain contemporary wrought iron
railings across front at pavement level with urns at corners of
steps, and double gates with spearhead and scroll design to right,
probably of Cl9.
