Farmhouse. Datestone "WA 1772" on east gable wall but probably earlier C18
Brick on stone plinth (coming halfway up wall on south side), double Roman tile
roof, brick end stacks with oversailing courses, cornice of 3
oversailing brick courses. Long single range with small brick barn
adjoining on right forming L-plan. 2 storeys and attic (2 flat roof
dormers to rear, south side). 5 windows, wood mullion and transoms
with splayed brick voussoirs. 4 similar on ground floor and
central doorcase up 2 stone steps with moulded wood surround,
tongue and groove plank door, and plain semi-circular hood. Barn
has a brick "dentil" cornice made with 2 bricks together on their
sides for each dentil.
