Shuttleworth Estate cottage. Mid-late C19. Mottled pink brick, block
bordering road with colourwashed roughcast render. Clay tile roofs with bands
of fishscale tiles. Single storeyed 2-room block bordering road, with brick
block projecting from rear. Road elevation has 2 3-light cast iron lattice
casements. Entrance to rear. Brick integral gable end stacks to W and N,
with chamfered angles. Forms a group with nos. 3, 5 and 6 (items 10/132,
10/134 and 10/135).
