Public house. C17 with C19 additions and alterations. Timber-framed and
plastered with plastered plinth, C19 painted brick. Slate roofs. One storey
and attic original lobby entry range, with C19 two storey addition to right
hand. Square planned ridge stack and gable end stacks. Glazed, panelled door
to right of centre, two sixteen-paned and one twelve-paned hung sash windows
to left hand and two recessed twelve-paned hung sash windows to right hand.
Two casement dormer windows and two first floor recessed nine-paned hung sash
windows to right hand. Interior: Stop-chamfered ceiling beam and boxed beam:
relined open hearth.
