Mid C19. Classical ashlar building. Two storeys, nine windows,, sashes.
Pedimented heads on first floor. Rusticated ground floor with arched doorways.
Cornice at first floor level, cornice at parapet level, balustraded parapet, roof
not visible. Similar four bay frontage to Northernhay Gate.
Nos 74 to 91 (consec) and the Queen's Hotel form a group.
