Cottage. Late C18. Dressed coursed rubble. Flush ashlar quoins. Concrete pantile roof with single ridge and single left gable rendered stacks. Two storeys, four bays. Doorway with panelled door and splayed lintel with slightly projecting keystone. To the left is a single glazing bar sash with splayed lintel and slightly projecting keystone, to the right two smaller glazing bar sashes with two similar sashes above. All windows have painted lintels. To the rear are lean-to extensions. Right of the doorway is a line suggesting extension.
