House with shop premises. C18 front in freestone with Cotswold stone
roof. 2 storeys and attic on cellar. Gabled dormer to left, chimney to
right. 2 windows on 1st floor, glazing-bar sashes; on ground floor a
central C20 glazing-bar shop window projects with glazing-bar sash to left
and half-glazed door under lean-to roof extended to right from shop front.
Archway within shop, probably mediaeval in origin. The frontage steps
forward slightly from shop to North allowing a small piece of timber-frame
to appear. Interior: square head chamfered stone C17 fireplace to South;
blocked corner fire-place to North.
