Outbuilding. c.1855. Red brick with ashlar dressings. Slate
roof, stone coped gables. Single red brick ridge stack, single
storey, 5 bays. Having from left to right, a large doorway with
double wooden door and flush ashlar quoin jambs, a large ashlar,
arched doorway with flush ashlar quoin jambs, 2 casements with
flush ashlar quoin surrounds and single mullions, a doorway with
wooden door, 2 pane overlight and flush ashlar quoin surround.
To the right is a lower, single bay, outbuilding, with hipped
roof to the right and ashlar eaves band. Doorway with wooden
door and flush ashlar quoin surround, to the left a single slit
ventilator. Included for group value only.
