Circa 1840-50 pair of 2 storey coursed stone rubble cottages. Flanking gabled
breaks containing 2 storey canted stone bays with pent roofs. Recessed centre
has 2 windows 1st floor with eaves raised in gables over. Gothic pattern glazing
and panelling to door with drip moulded shield plaque between them. Rustic wood
verandah forming porch and continued across canted bays. The pair are raised above
road on terrace.

Yarborough Villa, Gate and Gate Piers to Yarborough Villa, Primrose Bank, St Ann's
and Grove Hill Cottages form a group.
