Dated 1883 J G Livesay architect. Single storey pumping station of stone rubble
with red brick dressings. 2 tall, iron glazing bar, round headed windows flank
recessed round headed porch. Corbelled out above perch, in apex of gable, is a
short clock turret with grooved rustication; hipped tiled base to bellcot with
short tiled spire. Deep eaves to gable with "Swiss Cottage" fretwork.
