Late C18/Early C19. Detached house, part of group. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins.
Pitched stone slate roof. Coped gables on moulded footstones. Stone brackets to
gutter. 2 storeys. West elevation has: Ground floor; Central doorway with stone
surround and tie-stones. Two 3-light stone mullioned windows with tie-stones. First
floor; Two 2-light and central 4-light stone mullioned windows. Rear elevation has:
Ground floor; Three panelled central door with plain jambs and moulded cornice. On
3-light stone mullioned windows, to each side. First floor; Two 3-light stone
mullioned windows, central single light with stone surround.
