House, now auction rooms. c1840. Stuccoed brick with external
stacks and slate valley roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
3-bay garden front. Double-fronted with end gables and deep
bracketed eaves. Moulded stucco door surround between E
gables. 6/6-pane sashes, 2 flanking stacks to right of
entrance. Wide lower W wing with similar fenestration.
INTERIOR altered but contains a rear open dogleg stair with
stick balusters, 6-panel doors, and cornices.
