Corner block with Piccadilly of shops and offices. 1880 by
Alfred Waterhouse. Red brick and cream terracotta, slate roof, in
a typical straight gabled Waterhouse manner. 3 storeys and attic.
5 windows and 2 gables to Old Bond Street, one window splayed corner
with gable and 3 window return to Piccadilly with one gable. Ground
floor has mid C20 plate glass shop windows and corner entrance framed
by original polished red granite pilasters and entablature with
decorative iron rail above. Flat arched mullioned-transomed
casement windows.
