Dated 1869 with the initials R E H. 3 storeys and basement stuccoed. Hipped
slate roof with central chimney stack. Bracket eaves cornice. Long and short
quoins. 2 sashes in all set in moulded architraves. 2 3-light bays on the 1st
floor and cast iron balconettes. Later shopfronts.
Nos 41 to 45 (odd) form a group together with Nos 20 to 24 (even) Mount Ephraim Road.
