End of terrace town house. C18 origin with 1790s bow, altered by Thomas Cundy II
in 1853 and major rebuild in 1950-52. Stuccoed Park Lane front, rusticated
stucco ground floor to Green Street and Dunraven Street with 1950s brickwork of
unusual bonding pattern to upper floor, slate roof. 3 storeys and attic storey
and dormered attic, basement. Doric columned entrance in Dunraven Street. The
relatively unaltered Park Lane front with rusticated quoins is 4 windows wide
with 3 of them in full height bow to left. Doorway with side lights and fan-
light to right. The ground floor windows are semicircular arched with radial
glazing and rustication struck to heads. 1st floor glazed-in verandah on stone
balustraded balcony carried on console brackets. Upper floors have casement
windows in shallow architrave surrounds. Main cornice over 2nd floor, attic
cornice and balustraded parapet.
