Terrace house. Probably of 1707 and with probable early C19 refronting. Stock
brick, slate roof. 3 storeys and dormered mansard; 2 windows wide. Later C20
ground floor with shop front. Upper floors have recessed sashes without glazing
bars (those on 1st floor lengthened with refronting), under flat gauged arches.
Original features include plain sunk panelling to passage-hall and stair
compartment which has dog leg staircase with turned balusters and column newels.
