Early C19 stucco refacing of later C18 range. Three-storey and parapet. One window to first floor two to second. Glazing bar sash windows. Sill band under second floor windows. C19 shopfront with scrolled brackets and big eight-pane window. Rear door with intersecting tracery fanlight. Originally one range with No 16 (qv).
