Terraced town house. c1770 with early to mid C19 alterations, Portland Estate
development. Stock brick with channelled stuccoed ground floor; slate roof. 4
storeys and basement. 2 windows wide. Segmental arched doorway to right with
panelled door, sidelights and patterned fanlight. Recessed sashes in stucco
architraves. Plat band finishing off ground floor stuccowork. Crowning stucco
cornice and blocking course. Cast iron bowed balconette to 1st floor. Cast iron
plumbed spike area railings. Interior not inspected.
