A mid C19 flint Lodge with red brick dressings. Built on a Y shaped plan. 1
storey and attics. 1 window range to each face of the wings. Mullioned casements
with stucco mullions and hood moulds and "Tudor" arched heads. The door- way
has a semi-circular arched head. Roof thatched, with a central yellow brick
chimney stack with moulded ornamentation on circular shafts.
