Early C18 timber-framed and plastered cottages (now 1 tenement), with an early-mid
C19 flint front with red brick dressings. 1 storey and attics. Casement windows
with segmental brick arched heads. Roof thatched, with 2 gabled dormers.

Brook Cottage, Willowbrook Cottage, The Dip of the Hill, Springside and
East Side and West Side form a group.
