Early C19, the core probably C18. With No 65 one of 2 parallel ranges and possibly
the rear portion of a single dwelling which was later divided and altered.
Gornal stone; 2 storeys; 2 sash windows, the lowers with channelled lintels;
plain doorway at centre with small weather hood and ledged door; coped gabled
ends; coved stone eaves; slates.

Nos 63 and 65 and Ruiton Windmill form a group.
