with this the front portion. Extensive modern alterations. Painted stone and
brick; 2 storeys; building extended by one bay to right; 3 modern casement windows;
stone quoins (painted black) at left-hand side; original doorway with 3/4 round
Tuscan pilasters with modern door with modern loggia overall to ground storey
with fibreglass Tuscan style columns. Modern bay window on right. Included
for group value.

Nos 63 and 65 and Ruiton Windmill form a group.
