Early C18 warehouse, sharing a common party wall with No. 10 but
with access from No. 12. Late C18, or early C19 cottage built
into fabric of building to west. Local brown brick, red pantile
roof. L-plan; three storeys with attics. Three second floor
six-paned windows in segmental arches, two similar first floor,
and two ground floor windows. Band at first floor. Modern
entry to east. Cottage occupies two storeys. Two blocked first
floor windows, and two twelve-pane hung sash window to right
hand of four-panelled house door in segmental arch of yellow
brick. Ogee-shaped flight entry to dove-cote in blocked window.
