Late C18 to C19. Gable end to Marine Parade of 3 storeys. Rough cast front;
long and short quoins. One window only on 2nd floor; 2-light casement. 2 windows
on 1st floor, 2-light casement to left hand and sash window to right hand. On
ground floor, modern glazed door to left hand; to right hand, C19 shop of 2-lights
and shop doorway.

Nos 24 to 28 (consec) and Bay Cottage and premises occuppied by Jane's Café form a
group.
