SJ 87 NW MOBBERLEY C.P. PADDOCK HILL LANE


7/66 Paddock Hill Cottage.

II


House. C17 with C20 additions. Timber frame with brick infill,
thatched roof. 2 storeys. West front: stone plinth, small framing
with arched braces. 2 inserted C20 doors and C20 bow window and
dormer windows. Garage block to left abuts with planted and painted
simulation beams. Gable chimney at right. Rear facade similar, also
with inserted C20 windows.
Interior: Ground floor ceiling beams to parlour and hallway. 2
similar trusses: cambered tie beam, arched braces to principals,
ridge and wind braces.
