Hipped, old tiled roof. 3 storeys. 4 windows sashes with glazing bars and stuccoed lintels. Doorway with pilasters, projecting dentil cornice, rectangular fanlight and door of 6 moulded and fielded panels. All the listed buildings on High Street and Union Street, with the listed street lamps form a group, together with Nos land 2 and the Parish Church of St Peter and St Paul, Church Place and with the Red Lion Hotel and No 10 East Street.
