House. C18/C19, with C20 additions. Whitewashed, rendered, with thatched
roof and brick gable end chimneys. Single depth plan. 2-storey, 2 window front
with C20 door. Ground floor windows 2-light casements, 6 panes per light. First
floor windows similar. Ground floor room right has large fireplace with fireplace
beam and rear right winder stair. C20 flat-roofed single-storey addition at left
gable end. Kespit is the only thatched building in Kilkhampton parish.
