Large house now offices. C18 remodelled 1817 with later alterations. Red
brick rendered and lined as ashlar; hipped plain tile roof; rendered stacks.
Aligned north-south facing east. 3 storeys, reduced proportions to second
floor, parapet band and plain parapet. 8 bays, glazing bar sashes. Central
half-glazed door and Doric portico with paired columns. 5-bay side elevations;
central full height stair window to the right hand side with Gothic glazing
bars and a late C19 ground floor bay window with wrought iron balustrade to
the left hand side. Interior. Early C18 staircase with turned balusters,
ramped handrail, and panelled and pilastered dado; extended in the 1980's in
a matching style. B.O.E. p.76.
