Farmhouse and outbuilding. C17. Ashlar; clay tile roof with coped verges; ashlar central and integral end stacks. Lobby entry. House aligned north-south with outbuilding to north west aligned east-west to form an L-shape. Two storeys; 1:4 bays, farmhouse to right with roof of left hand bay catsliding to lower gabled outbuilding; farmhouse has chamfer mullioned windows, those to the two right hand bays have three lights, those to left of centre have four lights, that to first floor centre has two lights; mullions continued to form blind panels between first and ground floor windows, continuous dripstone to ground floor windows ramped up at each end; central half glazed doorway flanked by pilasters to entablature over. Lower roughly three bay outbuilding at left has a segment headed window in gable end.
