Late C18. Formerly two cottages. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Pitched stone slate roof. Coped gable with moulded footstone to west. Modern stacks. Two storeys. South elevation: Ground floor: two central doorways with stone surrounds; modern casements in enlarged openings. First floor: one six-light stone mullioned window with King mullion; one six-light stone mullioned window (mullions new or rendered). East elevation: Ground floor: one two-light stone mullioned window. First floor: one three-light stone mullioned window. Later lean-to extension to east gable. North elevation: Ground floor: one two-light stone mullioned window (recessed and blocked). First floor: one three-light stone mullioned window.
