Late C18. End of terrace. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Pitched stone slate
roof. Moulded footstones. Two storeys. South East elevation: Ground floor:
entrance with large millstone grit surrounds, tie-stones and large millstone grit
lintel; modern 4-light stone mullioned window (in keeping). First floor: one
2-light stone mullioned window (recessed); one 3-light stone mullioned window
(recessed).
