Former mill manager's house, early to mid C19. Now forms 2 residences. Hammer
dressed stone, hipped stone slate roof. 2 storeys. North east front has 3 bays
of 2-light flat faced mullioned sashed windows retaining 16-paned sashes to each
floor (modern replacements). 2 doorways with monolithic jambs (one blocked).
Quoins. 2 stacks to ridge and 2 others. Rear has similar windows.
