Late C18. 2-storeys; much lower elevation than No 78; lower ridge line.
Slate roof. Painted brick. 3 windows on 1st floor, the central window
semi-circular headed with radiating glazing pattern. One C19 angular bay
window to west on ground floor. Central door (altered) with panelled reveals,
plain pilasters and moulded entablature, and 3-light window (glazing altered)
to east. Painted brick north-south wings in 2 parallel raoes extending
northwards along east side of yard. 2-storeys. 3 windows.

Nos 47 to 55 (odd) and 70 to 84 (even) with all the listed buildings in
Palmerston Street form a group.
