C18 or earlier. Probably formerly 2 cottages. Red brick with some grey headers.
Steeply pitched old tiled roof. In 2 parts, the south side earlier. 2 storeys,
generally 3 windows, late C18/early C19 casements with glazing bars. 2 plank doors.
No 52 forms a group with Nos 2 to 6 (consec) Cams Hill. (Nos 2 to 6 are buildings
of local interest).
