Rear 2 storey cross wing. 2 storeys. 2 windows - sashes with moulded boxed frames and glazing bars to 1st floor. Ground floor has flat bay windows with hipped roofs and C19 casements with glazing bars. Centre gabled wooden porch with scalloped bargeboard and finial. Corniche Cottage (of local interest) forms a group with Oak Cottage.
