Barns: dated 1802, with some C19 and C20 alterations. English garden
wall bond purple red brick, Welsh slate roof. Forms 3 sides of a
courtyard. South range is a barn with 3 rectangular pitch holes (2
now glazed) and 2 lines of diamond pattern ventilation holes to road
front. West front has a large cart entrance with a small projecting
porch, an inserted garage opening. 2 doors with segmental brick heads
and 2 lines of diamond pattern ventilation holes. To left end is a
large lancet shaped pitch hole (now partly blocked). North range is a
small Cheshire hay barn on rectangular piers. Date on courtyard side
of west range has initials TH in flowery copperplate above.
