Early C19 facade, rendered and grooved. Tiled roof, 1 storey, 2 windows, sashes
with glazing bars. Roof carried low at south end. to form canopy above 3 light
sash and 6 panel door, with plain rectangular fanlight supported on grooved brackets.
Rear facade tile hung.
The 4 street lamps, Church Lane, House its walls and gate piers,Nos 14 to 28 (even)
Nos 34 and 36 with its garden wall form a group with the wall opposite Serampore
Place, the walls to No 35 and to the bunglow.
