Late C18 (later extension to east). Cottage (formerly 2). Hammer dressed
stone. Quoins, Pitched stone slate roof. Coped gables. Millstone grit moulded
footstones. 2 storeys. South elevation; Ground floor; Entrance with stone
surround in modern porch. Blocked entrance with deep millstone grit lintel,
stone surround and tie-stones. Two 4-light stone mullioned windows (recessed
mullions). First floor; Four 2-light stone mullioned windows (recessed mullions).
One 3-light stone mullioned window (recessed mullions). East gable: Single
light to attic. North elevation: Various 2 and 3-light stone mullioned windows
(some blocked). Lean-to extension to east end with entrance with stone surrounds
and tie-stones, with catslide roof.
