Late C18. Formerly 2 cottages. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Pitched stone
slate roof. Three stacks. West elevation: two entrances with millstone grit
surrounds and tie-stones and large millstone grit lintels. Single light with
millstone grit surrounds; two 2-light stone mullioned windows (blocked) with
millstone grit surrounds. East elevation: First floor: one 4-light stone
mullioned window; two 2-light stone mullioned windows. North gable has former
2-light stone mullioned window. Later buildings attached to South.
